Terms and Conditions For Albadry Academy

Welcome to Albadry Academy. Please read carefully and contact us if you have any questions. You agree to be bound by these Terms whenever you start our online courses.

Registration & Payment

  • Easy & Secure Online Payment Methods via PayPal or Bank Transfer.
  • Once you decide to get registered for regular classes, the subscription must be done after a successful trial lesson and before the next lesson starts
  • Students are required to send a screenshot of the transfer transaction through the official WhatsApp number or Email (Info@albadryacademy.com) of Al-Badry Academy to complete the activation of the subscription.
  • Once you decide to continue, you will pay the fee at the due date – monthly fees are paid in advance, our Billing Team calculates all taken lessons once a student finishes it and the Billing Team sends a new invoice for the new month whatever the day. (example: student booked 3 days a week so he will get 12 lessons per month he started and paid on December 9th and got all 12 taken lessons last lesson on December 7th so our Billing Team will send an invoice on December 7th once he finished 12 lessons). Classes will be suspended until payment is received (paused) if you do not pay the fee on the due date.
  • You will receive an invoice (report) via email or WhatsApp every four weeks or after finishing the required hours in case of holidays, pausing or rescheduling and will keep you updated of any changes. We ask you to promptly submit payments as our commitments to our teachers depends on timely payments.
  • If you have any issues about the late fees or any concerns about fees or payments then please message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible so that your lessons are not stopped.
  •  Albadry Academy fees may change in the future according to our updated policies and terms of service (TOS).

Refund Policy

If you wish to pause or stop your classes at any time during the month, we will refund you 100% of the classes that have not been delivered. But make sure that you shall email Info@albadryacademy.com or message us on WhatsApp “Support Team” 2-3 days earlier to the date of stopping of your course.

If the number of study hours has not been completed in a certain month you must arrange these missed classes ASAP with the support team to make them up on any suitable day with your as well as your teacher’s schedule. In case it is not possible, you shall have a refund for the due classes.

There will be no refund for missed classes, however, the student can make ups for it, if he/she has sent a prior notice on WhatsApp at least 2 Hours before the class time.

Daily Classes Schedule & Rules for Absence

  • Time is the Most Important Thing We Own. So, students and teachers must be online on time. No delays are accepted from both student and teacher sides. (except for emergencies).
  • We have instructed the teachers to start classes on time, but if your teacher is late for more than 5 minutes, please inform us immediately through WhatsApp; otherwise, the Academy will not be responsible for any missed class.
  • If a student finds they can’t attend a class for any reason, they must inform us via WhatsApp at least 2 hours before the class starts and ensure that the class is rearranged to another suitable day to avail of the makeup class (only TWO classes per month for any study plan).
  • If you don’t inform and remain absent from your lesson without any notice (except for emergencies). your class will be marked as absent, will be deducted from the student’s monthly plan, and there will be no making up for it.
  • If you do not attend, the teacher will wait for you for half of the session, then the session will be counted except for Sudden emergencies such as Death or Sudden illness, may Allah Protect you all…
  • Please don’t discuss and finalize the class schedule with the teachers without informing the Admin Team. Since in the end, it will affect your classes and learning process.
  • If the student comes 5 minutes late or 10 minutes late or more later then the teacher is not responsible to give you the remaining time of your class time because online classes work clockwise and we cannot ask the students who are next to wait for their classes because the previous student was late.

Make-Up Classes

In case of canceling or rescheduling a class, there shall be prior notice at least 2 Hours before the class time to be entitled to a make-up class maximum twice monthly except for an emergency.

If there are any study hours left from the previous month, we will add them to the next month as a make up.

Security & Data

  • We care about the security of our customers. You can be requested not to share your contact information like phone number, email address, social media accounts, credit card information, etc. with any teacher. Albadry Academy will not be responsible in the case of any misuse.
  • Teachers are also not allowed to ask for or share their contact numbers, email addresses, or social accounts with students or parents, if anyone does so, please inform us urgently.
  • Please don’t discuss payments, or anything extra with teachers. In these cases, contact the admin immediately.
  •  In case the teacher resigns/terminated, students will be provided with a new teacher and students will not stay in touch with any individuals. And Albadry Academy will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by such contact in the future as Albadry Academy is a registered project of Albadry Technologies (SMC-PVT) Ltd.
  • ► Data Collection: We collect personal information from students for the purpose of providing our services. This information is kept secure and confidential.
  • ► Use of Data: Personal data will only be used for communication regarding courses, processing payments, and improving our services. We do not share personal data with third parties. The information we collect remains confidential between us.

Official Communication

All students and relevant parties must communicate with Al-Badry Academy exclusively via the Academy’s official email address (info@albadryacademy.com) or its official WhatsApp number, whether concerning scheduling or rescheduling of classes, or any financial or administrative matters.

Communication with teachers or any other parties outside these official channels is strictly prohibited. The Academy shall not be held responsible for any consequences arising from non-compliant communication.

Number of Monthly Classes/Hours

The number of classes/hours has been agreed when any student joins the academy. If you wish to increase/reduce the number of classes, please message us on WhatsApp or Email address (Info@albadryacademy.com) ASAP.

If the number of study hours has not been completed in a certain month you must arrange these missed classes ASAP with the support team to make them up on other suitable days for both of you.

  • Please note that the support team will inform you of the cancellation of any extra classes which will be more than the number of classes required into your suitable study plan.

Example: If it has been agreed that you will do 4 classes per month on Saturdays, sometimes it happens that there are 5 Saturdays in one month. In that case, the 5th class will be canceled. Your payment is done according to an hourly rate, therefore the extra classes have not been paid for.

Public Holidays

The Messenger of Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said, ‘Allah has given you something better than them, the day of (Eid) Adhaa and the day of (Eid) Fitr.

Accordingly, we have two main public holidays which are Eid Adha holiday that lasts for 4 days and Eid Fitr holiday that lasts for 3 days. (Please note that your classes during these break will be as a gift for your teacher and will not be made up).

Family & Friends Referral Discount

  • In the event that more than one student from the same family is enrolled, a discount on the fees will be applied according to the approved policy of Al-Badry Academy.
  • If you refer a friend, will get a 20% discount for 1 Month, if the Student starts with us.

If you want to recommend your friends or anyone to enroll with us, kindly, please inform the admin directly, and not the teacher.

Studying in the Academy Only

Not allowed to study with your teacher out of the Academy. (Only in the Academy)

The learner adheres to deal with the Academy’s administration in everything related to the study.

Quality Control & Progress Reports

The quality of learning is monitored closely through various procedures such as measuring attendance discipline, regular teacher training, student & teacher feedback and Parents will receive a quarterly report at the end of each 3 months for students less than 16 years. This will allow parents to review the progress of their kids. 

Male / Female Students

Male students under 12 may have a male or a female teacher according to the parent’s request. Once the boy turns 12, we will kindly ask the parent to move his class to a male teacher if he has been learning with a female teacher.

Female students under 12 may have a male or a female teacher according to the parent’s request. Once the girl turns 12, we will kindly ask the parent to move her class to a female teacher if she has been learning with a male teacher.

Teachers' Punctuality

  • In rare circumstances, a teacher might miss a class (e.g., due to an electric outage, a medical emergency), in such cases, if a teacher is late for the class, please message the support team on WhatsApp and the support team will contact with the teacher directly. The teacher will make up for any missed time or class.
  • If the teacher is often late or misses classes, kindly message us on WhatsApp or Email address (info@albadryacademy.com) as soon as possible.

Leaving the Academy

If the student decides to leave the Academy for any reason, we kindly request that they email Administration. Two days earlier than the date of leaving and mention the reason behind that.

Customized Study Plans

One of the main factors that distinguish us is that we do our best to make studying online way easier for you and all your family by giving you the ability to create your own schedule and adjust your available hours any time of the day to what suits you best to keep the individual needs of students in mind.

Albadry Academy reserves the right to change or replace teachers anytime if needed for quality teaching purposes.

Rating & Feedback

Our Quality department will email you after you have completed a few lessons at the academy to ask for your feedback. Please let them know if you have any concerns, enquiries or complaints. Your feedback helps us to improve our service. We highly appreciate it.

Amendments to Terms & Conditions

  • Changes to Policies: Albadry Academy reserves the right to update or change these terms and conditions whenever it deems it to be in the best interest of the students. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is the student’s responsibility to review these terms periodically.
